I have always believed that I didn’t choose this industry—it chose me. While I didn't initially envision myself as a hearing care provider, my exposure to the patients and the profound impact that quality care has on their lives was truly life-changing.
A quote from an amazing mentor has stuck with me throughout my entire career: “Patients don’t care about what you know, until they know you care.” That guidance was crucial in shaping how I practice today. My driving mission is to create a practice where I serve all patients, regardless of where they purchased their devices. Why I Chose Mobile Hearing Care
The decision to become a mobile provider was easy. The patients who rely on hearing care often depend on transportation or a caregiver to bring them to a fixed clinic location. I wanted to eliminate that stress and logistical burden from the equation entirely.
